Our Ross Information Technology division in Brisbane is currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant.
The primary objective to this role will be to continue suppling our client with the best possible people through superior service.
Our client is leader within their industry, you'll be responsible for the Account Management, business development and client relationship
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Attending client meetings to establish relationships and understand client requirements
- Developing advertisements, which attract a diverse range of potential candidates
- Business Development
- Establish qualified candidate pool
- Experience within bulk recruitment and running assessment centres is highly desired. You must also enjoy working to targets in a busy environment.
