ROSS Hong Kong and Singapore: Now ISO 9001 Certified! On 7 December, Ross locations in Hong Kong and Singapore stepped up to the challenge to attempt the ISO 901:2008 certification conducted by an external auditor from SAI Global Limited. Whilst Ross has been operating under methodologies QA’d in other locations, those specific locations had not ever had the benefit of being formally assessed. Thanks to Michele Shepherd, RossJuliaRoss QA Manager, for her specific instructions and documents preparation that helped us pass the audit. It was a moment of joy and pride for the team.
