RossJuliaRoss signs MoU with CRS Australia

RossJuliaRoss and CRS Australia have formalised an on-going partnership by signing an MOU to establish a program designed to better support our jobseekers with a disability. Jobseekers with a disability will be assisted through this important step forward as it will facilitate the introduction of CRS Australia job seekers to clients of RossJuliaRoss who have roles available.

RossJuliaRoss is a leading global recruitment and HR services organisation with operations throughout Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Europe. RossJuliaRoss’ clients include major Australian organisations, large global brands and governments at all levels in Australia. By creating a facilitated pathway between such organisations and our jobseekers, CRS Australia and RossJuliaRoss expect to improve employment outcomes for our jobseekers.

The recently-signed Memorandum of Understanding by Julia Ross, Managing Director, RossJuliaRoss, and Margaret Carmody, General Manager, CRS Australia reflects the strong relationship between the organisations in improving outcomes for jobseekers with a disability.

Julia Ross said, “RossJuliaRoss has a long history of proactively supporting jobseekers who face extra challenges in a variety of areas and we are proud to formalise this support through this deeper relationship with CRS Australia.“

John McNamara, National Employment Business Manager, CRS Australia said, ‘Significant opportunities were identified which CRS Australia will support through its strong employer focus and national coverage. CRS Australia values good employer relationships and only supports suitable candidates for roles that will be a good match to the employer’s needs.

RossJuliaRoss’ clients will benefit from improved access to a greater pool of suitable candidates to fulfil employment vacancies.’

The partnership is already delivering positive outcomes for CRS Australia job seekers including a successful placement with one of Australia’s largest telecommunications organisations and innovative opportunities with the Red Cross, a valued client of RossJuliaRoss. Through its Pathway to Customer Contact roles, the Red Cross gives CRS Australia jobseekers the opportunity to obtain customer contact experience through on-the-job training.

Currently seven CRS Australia trainees are learning to work in a customer contact environment. On successful completion of the on-the-job training, the trainees will have the skills required to apply for customer contact job opportunities with other RossJuliaRoss clients.

RossJuliaRoss and CRS Australia are planning the next stages of the roll out of the program across Australia. The focus will be on roles in administration, retail, call centre, customer service, hospitality, banking and office support.
